Ranch/Blue Cheese Combo Dressing

The Wedge Salad has grown on me. There was a time, not that long ago, when I labeled a Wedge Salad as ridiculous and stupid. I know, how mature of me.

“It’s just a big hunk of iceberg with stinky blue cheese, bacon and tomatoes!” is how I justified my harsh criticism.

And then something happened. I ate it. I actually ordered and ate a wedge salad at a steakhouse. My closed mind was blown.

Since then, my attitude towards a Wedge Salad has blossomed into a full-fledged love affair with this simple but sensational masterpiece of mouthwatering magnificence!

I even love blue-cheese dressing, which I formerly despised. That being said, I know many people can’t stand blue cheese in any form. I totally get it and I respect your right to be wrong. It’s a bit of an acquired taste!

The good news? Ranch is an equally delicious Wedge Salad dressing.

Or how about a blend of both? Add 1 oz of finely crumbled blue cheese to your favorite bottle Ranch and mix until smooth. This will give you just a hint of blue cheese without overpowering the ranch flavor you love.

Blue-cheese, Ranch or a combo—no matter which you choose, your RIDICULOUSLY tasty, STUPIDLY easy Wedge Salad will be dressed for success. That’s the mature me talking.
